According to the Department of Foreigners, Poland is chosen as the second EU country to live in – only behind the UK. Poland is very likely to make it to the leading position. As reported by CBOS in 2020, the great majority of Poles (85 per cent) believe that Poland is a safe country to live in and as much as 96 per cent of citizens feel safe in their neighborhoods. As many as 43% admitted that Poland is another place on the map which can become their new home. Majority of Polish people said they had no safety concerns and did not feel at risk of becoming victims of crime.

Employment Rate in Poland reached an all time high of 70 percent in the second quarter of 2021. The minimum wage has been decided by the Polish government. In 2019, the Polish government announced a sharp rise in minimum wage from 2,250 zloty in 2019 to 2,600 zloty in 2020 and 3,000 zloty in 2021.
